About Angela

Shalom! Welcome to the wonderful world of Peaceful Worldschoolers. My name is Angela, and I am a certified special education teacher, international best-selling author, peaceful parenting advocate, and a wondersome worldschooler. 

But my most important role is being a single (but not solo) mother to two amazing children: Sophia and Benjamin. 

As a teacher, I knew that I never wanted to send my children into a toxic public school environment. I believe that children learn best through having real life, real world experiences as they pursue their passion and God-given purpose in the world. 

So in 2021, I quit teaching, published my best-selling book Tales of a Toxic Teacher: Exposing the Cycles of Abuse Within Our Schools, and started Peaceful Worldschoolers, a non-profit organization that supports homeschooling, unschooling, and worldschooling families both in the United States and abroad.

I am deeply committed to cultivating peace in the world beginning right in our own hearts and homes – and inspiring you to do the same!
